If It's Monday, It Must Be Shameless Filler (Special Tales From the Ancient World Edition)
posted September 28, 2009 6:04 AM
Compare and contrast:
A bearded Gerard Butler as a Greek warrior delivering the "Tonight we dine in hell" line from Frank Miller's 300.
And a bearded Ernie Kovacs as a Greek warrior delivering a speech from Euripides' The Trojan Women. [Note: Make sure to watch till the very end.]
Which clip is funnier?
Your thoughts....

Kovacs, of course. Gerard Butler wouldn't know funny if it came and tore his fabulous cape.

Which clip is funnier?
Each is funny, but for entirely different reasons.

Speechless.
Not that it has anything to do with the clip but I recently read a negative review of the Gerard Butler rom-com "The Ugly Truth." It ended with, "Men are from Mars. Women are from Venus. This film is from Uranus."
