Spielberg Puts Lincoln Biopic In Motion

After flirting with other projects, Steven Spielberg has said that he will return to his planned Abraham Lincoln biopic, which will hopefully start filming early next year according to Variety. Recently, Spielberg had been attached to direct The Trial of the Chicago Seven from writer Aaron Sorkin, but he could not get rewrites on the project during the writers strike. The Lincoln project will reuinte Spielberg with his Schindler's List star Liam Neeson, who is set to play the lead.
