Two extremely unique directors, Werner Herzog and David Lynch, will team up in order to bring a film titled My Son, My Son to the big screen according to The Hollywood Reporter. Herzog and his longtime assistant wrote the script which is loosely based on the true story of a San Diego man who acts out a Sophocles play in his mind and kills his mother with a sword. Lynch will serve as the executive producer and a "guerilla-style" digital video shoot on Coronado Island is tentatively set for March.
