Writer/director Billy Ray has signed on to tackle a draft of a film titled Motorcade according to The Hollywood Reporter. The flick centers around terrorists attacking a presidential motorcade as it passes through Los Angeles. Ray has served as a writer on such high profile projects as Volcano, Hart's War and Flightplan and has spent time at the helm for the critically acclaimed Shattered Glass and Breach. His latest film as a writer/director, Hurricane Season, is currently in development.
