Although it hasn't been officially announced yet, it looks as though Jon Favreau will be returning to the director's chair for the planned Iron Man sequel, according to Deadline Hollywood Daily. The film is set for a 2010 release date, and since a sequel clause was in Robert Downey Jr.'s contract he will definitely be on board. Iron Man has brought in $312 million domestically so far and a sequel has seemed like a sure thing since it's opening week.
