Woody Harrelson has signed on to Roland Emmerich's latest apocalyptic thriller, 2012, according to the MTV Movies Blog. Harrelson will be playing a man who predicts the end of the world but finds that nobody believes him. The film, which begins shooting soon in Vancouver, also features John Cusack, Amanda Peet, Chiwetel Ejiofor and Thandie Newton and is due in theatres on July 10th, 2009. Harrelson will also appear this fall alongside Will Smith in Seven Pounds.
