The Weinstein Company has set up an exclusive seven-year, pay TV output deal with Showtime that will provide the network with 95 films. The deal begins in 2009 and Showtime will have access to such high profile projects as Rob Marshall's Nine, which stars Daniel Day-Lewis and Nicole Kidman, as well Quentin Tarantino's much-anticipated war film, Inglorious Bastards. Showtime's stock has risen over the last couple of years thanks to the success of its original programming, including Weeds, Dexter and Californication.
