Actor/comedian Andy Dick was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. on Wednesday in California's Riverside County and is under investigation for drug use and sexual battery, according to the Associated Press. Dick was also cited in Columbus, Ohio last year for urinating in public. The actor appeared alongside Jessica Simpson and Luke Wilson in the 2007 dud, Blonde Ambition.
