Disney Grabs Rights To 'Monster' Graphic Novel

Joining in on the growing trend of adapting graphic novels, Disney has obtained the rights to Monster Attack Network, according to Variety. The book, which deals with a monster attack on a South Pacific island, was written by Marc Bernardin and Adam Freeman. The duo is also writing a comicbook series that will serve as a prequel to Summit Entertainment's 2009 release, Push, which stars Dakota Fanning, Camilla Belle, Chris Evans and Djimon Hounsou.
