After working with an all-star cast that includes George Clooney and Brad Pitt for Burn After Reading, the Coen Brothers are taking a more low-key approach to the casting of their next film, A Serious Man. According to Variety, the brothers have cast Richard Kind, who is best known for his supporting roles on Spin City and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Michael Stuhlbarg, a Tony-nominated actor with little on his bigscreen resume, in the black comedy which is set in 1967. Reading hits theatres on September 12th when it will open against Righteous Kill starring Al Pacino and Robert De Niro.
