21-year-old Simon Whitmore was issued a citation for failing to stop at a red light when his car collided with Shia LaBeouf's on July 27th, according to the Associated Press. LaBeouf was driving with Isabel Lucas, his co-star in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, when the accident occurred.
