Warner Bros. has stepped up to help produce the fashion world biopic, Coco Before Chanel, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The film stars French actress Audrey Tautou and it will represent the first time that Warner Bros. will be taking part in a specialty film after disbanding Picturehouse and Warner Independent. The studio has plans to release the French-language flick domestically, and Tautou has gained an American following from her starring roles in Amélie, A Very Long Engagement and The Da Vinci Code.
