Rockwell To Play Alcoholic Basketball Coach

Sam Rockwell is going to be starring in a film about an alcoholic coach of a girl's high school basketball team from Grace is Gone director James Strouse, according to the MTV Movies Blog. Rockwell is currently doing research on the sport, and in particular the volatile college basketball coach Bobby Knight. The actor will be seen this September alongside Anjelica Houston and Kelly Macdonald in Choke, which is an adaptation of a novel by controversial author Chuck Palahniuk (Fight Club).
