posted October 8, 2008 7:54 AM
Josh Brolin opened up to Hollywood Elsewhere's Jeffrey Wells about being arrested this past July in Louisiana after he had wrapped production on W. for director Oliver Stone. According to Brolin, he is looking at a court date in November or December and he'll have to answer to charges of interfering with an arrest. Still, he and his lawyers are continuing to claim there was no interfering and they are looking to get the charges dropped.
