Academy Award-winning actor Forest Whitaker is set to star in a biopic of famous musician Louis Armstrong titled What a Wonderful World, according to Variety. The film is the first to have been authorized by the Armstrong estate and Ron Bass is tackling the screenplay. Whitaker will also serve as director on the project and shooting is set to begin next summer in Louisiana.
