After landing the biggest role of his career as Harvey Dent/Two-Face in this summer's The Dark Knight, Aaron Eckhart will take the leading role in a new action film titled Battle: Los Angeles.

The project is housed at Columbia and it's being directed by Jonathan Liebesman (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning).

Eckhart can next be seen opposite Jennifer Aniston in Traveling, which is due in theatres next year.
