Fresh off the success of Star Trek, Chris Pine is going to tackle a role as a con artist in The Art of Making Money. The project, which is being housed at Paramount, is based on a novel by Rolling Stone writer Jason Kersten. D.J. Caruso (Eagle Eye) will handle directing duties.

Pine also recently boarded Unstoppable, the latest collaboration between Tony Scott and Denzel Washington.
It is to be expected that another Trek is also on Pine's horizon considering that the franchise reboot brought in nearly $385 million worldwide this past summer.
